The New Client Intake Form
Thank you for selecting Ratheal Family Law to represent you in your family law matter. In order for us to begin work on your case, you must complete and submit our New Client Intake Form and pay the quoted retainer fee. You may pay the retainer by check or by credit card.

Document Checklist
Please download or print our Document Checklist to help you identify and gather the documents pertinent to your divorce case.
Other types of cases require some but not all of the documents referenced in the Document Checklist. The pertinent documents are based on your specific circumstances. Please do not send any documents to our Firm until you receive a request from one of our Firm members.
